Group experiences at StillHaven
first come first serve gatherings
These experiences are intentionally small and designed for people who enjoy spending time with others, horses, and nature, but prefer an environment that feels calm, manageable, and easy to settle into.
Designed to be social by nature, these experiences are not loud or high-energy. Conversation happens naturally, space is never crowded, and there’s room to participate in different ways without feeling on display. The focus is on shared time, simple activities, and being present in a setting that doesn’t demand more than you want to give.
Group Experiences rotate throughout the season, with new offerings added each month.
Experiences may include:
- Crafting with the horses
- Movie nights at the farm
- Story time with the horses
- Coffee and mindfulness mornings
- Gentle yoga near the horses
- Beginner in-hand horsemanship
- Grooming and care time with the horses
- Journaling or sketching hours
- Low-key game nights at the farm
Not every experience is offered every month. The calendar changes intentionally, with a small number of offerings available at a time.
No prior horse experience is required.
Private Group Gatherings
Stillhaven also offers private group gatherings for those who would like to book an experience for their own group. Private gatherings use the same formats listed above and are well suited for friends, families, and small celebrations.
This includes low-key birthday gatherings for responsible teens who prefer a calmer setting. Pony rides are not offered. Groups choose an experience from the existing options, and food or cake arrangements are coordinated in advance.
Private gatherings are scheduled by inquiry and availability.
